Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Redbird Express Transport handles information submitted through redbirdexpress.work.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, ZIP code, requested service, timing, crew and equipment needs, job description, quotes, request status, and communications you submit. Basic device and request logs may also be processed for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to review requests, contact customers, match appropriate local providers, operate the private job tracker, prevent misuse, improve service, and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
Relevant job details may be shared with potential or selected service providers so they can evaluate the work. We also use service providers for website hosting, database storage, and transactional email. We do not sell personal information.
Private tracking links
Each request receives a private tracking link. Anyone with that link may be able to view and edit the request, so do not forward it publicly. Contact us if you believe a link has been exposed.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about an unbooked request.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the current effective date here.
