Terms of Service

These terms govern requests submitted through Redbird Express Transport in Hampton Roads, Virginia. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Concierge matching service

Redbird Express Transport currently operates as a request and referral service. We review job details and may introduce customers to independent service providers. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available or that every request will receive a quote.

Independent providers

Service providers are independent businesses or contractors, not employees of Redbird Express Transport. Customers must confirm the provider’s identity, qualifications, insurance, licensing, scope, and price before work begins. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other regulated work must be performed by an appropriately licensed provider.

Pricing and payment

Submitting a request is free. During the concierge launch, prices and payment arrangements must be confirmed before work begins. The website does not currently collect or hold customer payments. Any future platform payment terms will be shown before a charge is authorized.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate details, disclose safety concerns, secure pets and work areas, and do not request unlawful or unsafe work. You may cancel a request before work begins by contacting us.

Disputes and safety

Contact us promptly about a safety issue, property damage, disputed price, or unsatisfactory service. We may assist with communication but cannot guarantee a particular outcome between independent parties. Call emergency services for urgent danger.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, probe private links, submit malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend requests or access when necessary to protect customers, providers, or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Redbird Express Transport is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

These launch terms should be reviewed by a Virginia attorney before paid marketplace transactions begin.
